The 2018 MLB baseball season has come and gone, and there’s been plenty of baseball to look forward to.
But one thing is certain: there’s not much that’s new.
For starters, the 2018 season has been the most exciting in recent memory.
In the past few weeks, the Dodgers have won their third straight game, and the Nationals have clinched their first division title since 2004.
The Astros have won the AL West for the first time in franchise history, and that’s a big deal.
It’s hard to overstate just how good the Astros have been.
And that doesn’t even include the fact that they’re just 8-1 against the Astros in the first four games of the season.
It feels good to be a part of this year’s Astros.
It just feels great to be in Houston.
The 2018 Astros season is one of the most thrilling in recent years.
That’s not a knock on any of the teams that have made it to the playoffs, but the Astros should be among the favorites heading into the 2019 season.
We’ve already talked about what we think will be the Astros best offensive lineup for the 2019 campaign.
And now, let’s look at the other teams that should be able to claim the 2018 Astros.
Texas Rangers: We have a number of different teams that are capable of making a run at the 2018 AL West crown.
But we think it’s the Texas Rangers that are poised to take that crown in 2019.
In fact, we think they’re even the favorites to win the AL Central.
This is a team that has been in a funk all year, and this team has never been more poised to win.
The Rangers are coming off a season that was almost entirely dominated by injuries, and their rotation is the best in baseball.
So, if the Rangers can keep pitching like this for the rest of the year, they should be in the mix for a wild card spot in 2019 and a Wild Card berth in 2020.
Los Angeles Dodgers: The Dodgers will likely be the first team to make the postseason in the next few years, and they have a roster that is loaded with young talent.
The Dodgers also have a history of making it to postseason in consecutive years.
They have the best record in baseball, with a winning record in every single season since 1998.
The fact that the Dodgers won two World Series in that span is a testament to their success.
The problem is that they haven’t had the same success with the offense this season.
This year, the team is averaging 4.28 runs per game.
That is down from the 6.54 runs per contest that the team averaged in 2018.
But the Dodgers still have a few things going for them.
First, they’ve added some veteran pitching to the mix.
Second, they have one of baseball’s top hitters in Corey Seager.
And third, they’re loaded with talented young talent that could lead to another World Series run.
If they can stay healthy and stay on top of their game, they could be a team in the race to win a championship in 2019, and it’s very possible that they could do so. 3.
Pittsburgh Pirates: It has been a long time since the Pittsburgh Pirates have won a World Series.
But they have been able to get to the postseason for a third consecutive season and are in the thick of it for the NL Central, as well.
They’ve added three of the top five pitching prospects in the game in prospect Nick Williams, and top prospect Jake Bauers has been putting up monster numbers at the plate.
The Pirates have the talent to be one of those teams that is on the verge of another run at winning the World Series, and one of these teams could be poised to go deep in the postseason.
New York Mets: The Mets are a team to watch this season, and I have no doubt that they’ll make it to October in the wild card race.
Their offense is loaded, and even if the Mets don’t have the kind of star power that they’ve had in the past, they’ll still have their hands full in the NL East.
They are also very young at this point in the season, with prospects like David Wright, Jorge Alfaro, and Michael Conforto all playing at an early age.
But if they can get on track in the rotation, they will be able avenge their playoff defeat last year.
Washington Nationals: This is going to be another tough season for the Nationals.
It was supposed to be an exciting season for them, but they have had an incredible stretch of injuries and injuries have plagued this team.
They lost key players such as left fielder Jayson Werth and left fielder Adam Eaton, and now their rotation will be missing two key players.
But with a strong group of young talent and a very talented bullpen, the Nationals could be back in the playoff hunt this season
