Here’s what you need to know…
Napoli, Real Madrid have met in three finals before the 2014 final and it’s the first time the two teams have met since the last one, the first leg in Rome.
Juventus won the first-leg 2-1 in December 2013 and the last time the teams met, Juventus lost 3-2 at the San Siro in December 2016.
Juventus, who finished sixth last season, were knocked out in the first round by Barcelona and the first of two Champions League encounters will be the first in Serie A in almost 10 years.
The teams have already met in the final of the Italian Super Cup in 2010, but this will be their first Champions League meeting.
The tie was also marred by an injury crisis, with Leonardo Bonucci missing the first game due to an ankle injury, with the rest of the squad unable to make the trip to Italy.
The match will also be the final for Antonio Conte, who took over from Conte as Juve boss in 2013.
The two sides have been meeting in the Champions Leagues since 2008, with Juve winning all three encounters in Italy, including last season’s final.
