I’ve got a list of things I’ve cooked with and/or enjoyed at home.
Here’s what I know: I can cook.
I can cook chicken.
I’ve got enough meat to eat, but I don’t want to go through the trouble of making an entire meal.
I want to eat my favorite food.
The answer is, a lot.
Here are the dishes that have helped me get to this point in my cooking career.
It’s all about time and space.
First up, I’m not gonna eat a chicken breast and say, “Oh my god, I got a chicken on my plate.”
It’s gonna look ridiculous.
But it’s worth it.
And the next time I see that chicken on the plate, I know I can eat that chicken.
And then I’m just gonna let it cook.
And then I’ll make it my main course, and then it’ll be the most amazing thing in the world.
