According to the report by the National Association of Home and Commercial Food Technologists, home cooks who devote time and energy to cooking the perfect grilled chicken dish can earn as much as $25,000 in revenue for each $100 spent.
The study analyzed the earnings of chefs, restaurant owners and employees who spent more than 20 hours a week cooking, or cooking on the grill, with a focus on fresh, flavorful chicken.
In total, those who devoted more than 30 hours a month to cooking on a grill earned more than $6 million in revenue.
