A new kind of grill company has emerged in the barbecue industry with the launch of a restaurant chain based on the idea of cooking up a meal for a family of four.
It’s called The Plateau Grill, and it’s aiming to make barbecue barbecue the ultimate dinner out in the wilds of Montana.

The company has plans to open up two locations in Montana by the end of the year.
