We’ve covered the basics in this guide before, but this time around we’ll focus on making a truly great cheese at the end of the process.
So, without further ado, let’s start with a delicious, and surprisingly easy to make, barbecue grilled zucchini.
Ingredients:5 large zucchinis1 cup water2 cups milk (we used a 1 cup measuring cup)1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup shredded mozzarella1 cup grated parmesan1 tablespoon butter1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon black pepper1/6 teaspoon paprika1/5 teaspoon ground black pepperPreheat oven to 400 degreesFry zucchi, onions and garlic until translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add milk, salt, cheese, garlic powder, pepper and paprika.
Remove from heat and add cheese mixture.
Mix in butter.
Mix until well combined.
Add parmesans, Parmesan and black pepper.
Mix until well mixed.
Add mozzas, mozzard cheese and parmesas to the cheese mixture, then mix well.
Spread cheese mixture evenly over a plate or pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove and cool on a wire rack.
